WebInstagram cache not clearing. I've been out of storage for a while, and am trying to clear out the cache of large apps. When I try to clear instagrams cache, which is quite large, it clears for like .2 seconds. When I exit and come back a few seconds later, the cache is back, and is the same amount as it had been previously.
