Excellent shad fishing and sometimes excellent white perch fishing. You owe it to yourself to give it a try if you've never done it before. WebLocated at the Conowingo Community Park, in Conowingo, MD. Flat easy trail that offers fishing, hiking, bird watching and runs through the woods along the Octoraro Creek and Susquehanna River. Several benches along the creek to sit on and a view of the Lower Conowingo Dam.
