Web4 giu 2024 · Thanks Silver Bullitt, this is exactly what I was looking for. I had read that the H pipe did better for low end TQ but wanted some proof. The article I read stated that the H pipe gained low end TQ but lost high end HP, makes since, And visa versa for the X pipe, so it would be interesting to see what you did for a X pipe too. Web3 ago 2007 · An H pretty much maintains it's tone throughout the power band but gets louder (of course) while an X-pipe comes alive under power. For me, it's a trade-off. H pipes sound better down low and X pipes sound better up high. HP differences between the two are negligable so long as everything else stays the same.
