WebJan 4, 2024 · A common phrase in the church is, ‘you’ll know them by their fruits.’ It’s paraphrasing a passage in Matthew 7:15-20 that references false prophets. This absolutely applies to Christians in general, not just those in ministry. What does it mean to know a Christian by their fruits? WebJesus tells us that we “will know them by their fruits.” That means we must be able to discern their teaching and judge whether or not is scriptural.
