P-stat5 y694
WebSTAT5 is a transcriptional activator which is also involved in intracellular signaling. Activation of STAT5 occurs upon phosphorylation at Tyr694. In some cancers STAT5 is shown to be constitutively activated. Activation can be triggered by a number of ligands including cytokines. WebStat5 is localized in the cytoplasm and upon phosphorylation at Y694 is translocated to the nucleus. Application Note This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

WebApr 23, 2024 · Oncostatin M (OSM) is an immune cell-derived cytokine that is upregulated in adipose tissue in obesity. Upon binding its receptor (OSMR), OSM induces the phosphorylation of the p66 subunit of Src homology 2 domain-containing transforming protein 1 (SHC1), called p66Shc, and activates the extracellular signal-related kinase … WebDetect and quantitate phospho-STAT5 (Tyr694/Tyr699) in cell lysates using simple LANCE Ultra TR-FRET assays.
WebStat5 is activated in response to a wide variety of ligands, including IL-2, GM-CSF, growth hormone, and prolactin. Phosphorylation at Tyr694 is obligatory for Stat5 activation (1,2). This phosphorylation is mediated by Src upon erythropoietin stimulation (3). Stat5 is constitutively active in some leukemic cell types (4).
