I've seen it at 8 mbps during peak times when unable to sustain 144p youtube videos. WebbBroadband performance was fairly reliable but slow. I was lucky to get 60mb/s which is 20% down on what my account says I should get. And yes, Cuckoo, I know about "wi-fi" speed, my PC is directly connected to router and I should have maximum speed available! They do not support FTTP at my address!
