WebbICue losing control of CPU fan speeds. My CPU fans will randomly ramp up to max speed for no reason, even at 30c on my CPU. When this happens, I don't actually see the fans rpm ramping up in Icue and it generally looks locked around 900rpm or so during this time, but I can hear and see them spinning at top speed. Air will not come back even if the in-out water lines go 'below' the pump. Air is not going to magically start displacing water when the lines drop below the pump. You have to remember that water is heavier than air. I am giving it a try.

If you create a positive pressure in the case, you are going to cause the output fans to labor against the differential, and you are going to be trying to squeeze warm air out of every non-airtight space.
