WebJun 17, 2024 · This morning (June 17, 2024), the Constitutional Court handed down its judgment in the matter of Roshaine Clarke v Attorney General of Jamaica, a matter dealing with the constitutionality of parts of the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2024, which governed the State of Public Emergency under which the Claimant had been detained.
